Berry Fact Friday! Did you know that raspberries & blackberries are part of the "Bramble" family? We love this great Bramble Family Tree that is displayed at @nanneman_farms fruit stand in Salem, Oregon!

The term "cane berry" applies to any Rubus species or hybrid which is commonly grown with supports such as wires or canes, including raspberries, blackberries, and hybrids such as loganberry, boysenberry, marionberry and tayberry! So when someone says bramble berries or caneberries they are simply talking about all those raspberries & blackberries you love! 🤓🥰
