Administrative Services pre-proposal conference Q&A
Q: How much physical storage space is required for ORBC files?
A: ORBC records are in one 4-drawer filing cabinet and 8 banker boxes. There are also 2 boxes of older photos in frames.
Q: How many people does Oregon Beef Council have working on ORBC administration?
A: 1 key person who provides similar services to three other commissions and a part-time person. Following the pre-proposal conference, I asked the Beef Council for further information and was told that the monthly hours ranged from 48 to 60. This was their first year providing administration to the ORBC.
