Baked Feta with Honey, Blackberry, and Mint
8 oz block feta
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Cup fresh or thawed, frozen blackberries
2 Tablespoons mint leaves, sliced
Preheat oven to 400℉. Lightly oil a small baking dish.
Place feta in baking dish, drizzle with oil and honey, and top with blackberries. Bake 15-20 minutes. Garnish with mint and serve warm with crackers.
