For the Blackberry Sous Vide Infused Vodka

2 Cups frozen blackberries
2 Cups vodka

For the Blackberry Lemon Drop Cocktail

2 Cups Blackberry Sous Vide Infused Vodka
1/2 Cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 Cup superfine sugar


Blackberry Sous Vide Infused Steps

Step 1
Set the Sous Vide Precision to 135 degrees.

Step 2
Place berries into a quart sized mason jar and top with vodka, leaving a half inch of space from the top of the jar.

Step 3
Cook for 3 hours.

Step 4
Strain and chill.

Blackberry Lemon Drop Cocktail Steps

Step 1
Combine the vodka, lemon juice, and sugar and pour into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Step 2
Pour into martini glasses and garnish with lemon slices or frozen blackberries.
