Baked Feta with Honey, Blackberry and Mint

A little salty, a little sweet, this beautiful dish works perfectly as a shared appetizer or snack alongside cocktails.

8 ounce block feta
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 cup fresh or thawed frozen blackberries
2 tablespoons mint leaves


Step 1
Preheat oven to 400℉. Lightly oil a small baking dish.

Step 2
Place feta in baking dish, drizzle with oil and honey, and top with blackberries. Bake 15-20 minutes. Garnish with mint and serve warm with crackers.
