Gin Fizz with Raspberry-Lavender Shrub

Shrubs are a perfect mixer for cocktails, with soda, or in mocktails. This Oregon raspberry shrub is refreshing and even nicer with just a hint of lavender (thyme is also nice). Heather’s recipe for a Gin Fizz with Raspberry-Lavender Shrub is the perfect warm summer’s eve cocktail. Feel free to use another Oregon caneberry like marionberries, loganberries or boysenberries.
