Blackberry and Hazelnut Smoothie

This Blackberry and Hazelnut Smoothie combines two of the Pacific Northwest’s favorite pairs, Oregon Blackberries and Oregon Hazelnuts. Coconut milk provides a creamy taste, and a pinch of cinnamon sweetens the deal adding a warming flavor to this vegan smoothie.

1 ½ Cups Oregon Berries frozen blackberries or marionberries
1 can full-fat coconut milk
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
3 Tablespoons hazelnut butter
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
¼ Cup fresh hazelnuts, to garnish
2 Tablespoons coconut flakes, to garnish


Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except fresh hazelnuts and coconut flakes, in a high-speed blender.

Step 2
Blend on high for 45-60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.

Step 3
Pour into two glasses and garnish with fresh hazelnuts and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
