Raspberry Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Cup frozen raspberries, plus more for serving
¾ Cup unsweetened coconut milk non-dairy beverage (not canned coconut milk)
2 teaspoons honey
½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Toasted unsweetened coconut, optional
Preparation
