Blackberry Matcha Glow Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon matcha powder
Handful of fresh spinach (or ¼ cup frozen)
8 oz silken tofu
Juice of ½ of a lemon
2 teaspoons honey
1 cup frozen Oregon blackberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Preparation

Step 1
Add all ingredients, except for the blackberries and chia into the blender.

Step 2
Blend until fully smooth. Set aside about half of the blended mixture in a separate glass or pitcher.

Step 3
Add the blackberries and chia to the remaining smoothie in the blender. Add a little more juice if needed and blend to incorporate them. Fill two glasses ½ full with the blackberry smoothie and then top each glass with the matcha smoothie portion for a fun color layered glass. Sprinkle with a little matcha powder if desired.
