1 cup frozen Three Berry Blend (Blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
1 large ripe banana
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup milk of choice
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons maple syrup
